Account Information

LinkedIn Data

When you connect your LinkedIn account, we access and store:

• Your LinkedIn user ID (to post on your behalf)
• OAuth access tokens (encrypted, to authenticate API requests)

We only request permissions necessary to post content on your behalf. We do not access your connections, messages, or other private LinkedIn data.

Content Data

We store the content you create or that our AI generates, including draft posts, approved posts, and posting history.

RSS Feed Data

If you connect RSS feeds, we store the feed URLs and fetch publicly available article data to generate content suggestions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the content automation service
• Post content to LinkedIn on your behalf when you approve it
• Generate AI-powered content suggestions based on your brand settings
• Schedule and manage your content calendar
• Send you service-related notifications

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest
• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Access to production systems is restricted and logged

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only:

• With LinkedIn, to post content on your behalf (via their official API)
• With AI providers (e.g., OpenAI), to generate content - only article summaries and your brand guidelines are shared, not personal data
• If required by law or to protect our legal rights

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Disconnect LinkedIn: Revoke our access at any time from Settings. This immediately invalidates our access tokens.
• Delete your account: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Export your data: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Access and correct: View and update your personal information in Settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

• Personal data is deleted within 30 days
• OAuth tokens are immediately invalidated and deleted
• Anonymized analytics may be retained for service improvement

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
