Perspective is a content automation platform that helps you create, schedule, and publish content to LinkedIn. The service includes AI-powered content generation, scheduling tools, and LinkedIn integration.

Your data is stored in Falkenstein, Germany (EU) and processed in accordance with UK and EU GDPR requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service
  • The content you create, approve, and publish through our service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Perspective to:

  • Post spam, misleading content, or unsolicited promotions
  • Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service
  • Share your account with unauthorized users

5. LinkedIn Integration

Our service integrates with LinkedIn through their official API. By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize us to post content on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your settings.

You acknowledge that LinkedIn may change their API, terms, or policies at any time, which may affect our service's functionality.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses AI to generate content suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is posted. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create or approve for posting. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts may fail due to LinkedIn API issues, rate limits, or technical problems. We are not liable for missed or failed posts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenuru Ltd (trading as Aizee AI) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may cancel your account at any time through your settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Perspective are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
